Should I replace my old Garage Door?

Do I need a new Garage Door?
Perhaps you do, step back and make an honest assestment of your current garage door. How old is it? Does it appear to have major water damage? Are the garage door panels bending or cracked? What condition is the hardware; ie: rollers, hinges, track and springs? Are there broken windows? Is it more cost effective to replace the entire door or just do repairs?
These are just a few of the many questions you could ask yourself when contemplating a new garage door. The cosmetics of your home is very important just as I worte in a previous blog your garage door is 50% of what people see when they look at your home, it the first thing they see why not make it look good?     Garage door replacement can make a HUGE impact in your curb appeal. Replacing your garage door can also be one of the bigger "bang for your buck" items, because it offers such a high ROI.

    Don't underestimate or undervalue the difference a new garage door can make.
